1. Return Policy Overview
We want you to love your Purisrar purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
30-Day Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items without original tags or packaging
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@Purisrar.com with your order number
- We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the item(s) securely with all original tags and packaging
- Write the RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to the address provided by our team
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you via email about the status of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (JazzCash/EasyPaisa)
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- We will arrange an exchange subject to availability
- If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
- Include photos of the damage/defect in your email
- We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your JazzCash/EasyPaisa account again
- Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@Purisrar.com
9. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping
